The Military and Society: Future of the All-Volunteer Force
The USAWC Civil-Military Relations Center is a principal node for research and writing that examines how the Army can recruit and retain the talent necessary to fight and win the wars of the future. Faculty researchers produce work that addresses issues related to the civil-military gap and potential solutions to the Army’s recruiting challenge in the 21st century.
