BIO
Colonel Thomas P. Galvin, US Army retired, is an assistant professor of resource management in the US Army War College, Department of Command, Leadership, and Management. He holds an EdD in human and organizational learning from The George Washington University, and his areas of concentration are in organization theory and management science as applied to military strategic leadership and defense management. He is the author or editor of several monographs on leadership and management topics, including responsible command, change leadership, and strategic communication; with others forthcoming on national preparedness, force structure decisions, and human dimension issues in military organizations.
